• identify young talents with the right ability, attitude and application released from England's Premier league clubs through an extensive network of contacts
• house and develop these identified top youth talent

• physically, technically, tactically and mentally prepare released players to bounce back armed with international experience
• The English game is athletic, physical, aerial and played at a high tempo. This athleticism and work-rate, speed and power, along with Spanish technical and tactical input, the players developed would be strong, fast, skilful and more mentally ready for professional football.
